过去三年的初中生活，发生了许许多多的故事，给我留下了深刻的印象，下面这件事就是其中的一件。

Xiao Ming was one of my good friends. One day, a little thing caused a serious quarrel between us. From then on, we didnt talk to each other. I had hoped to make peace with him but I finally failed to do that because of my being afraid of losing face. Not until he moved to another city with his parents did I know I lost my friend forever.

小明是我的一位好朋友。有一天，因为一件很小的事情，我们发生了争吵。从那以后，我们彼此都不再说话。我曾想过和他重归于好，但是碍于情面最终还是不了了之。直到他和他的父母搬去另外一个城市，我才意识到我永远地失去了一个好朋友。
