Youth es only once in a lifetime, therefore, it is important that we should not waste those years in idleness and bad living.

This is also the time when our memories are best.　We are able to learn more during this time than when we bee older.

During our younger years, we have the enthusiasm to set high goals for ourselves.　We also try to overe obstacles which are placed in our way.

If we realize how precious youth is, we will be fulfilled when we are young as well as when we are older.

If we waste our youth, we will spend the rest of our lives wishing we could be young again.

青春一辈子只有一次，因此，我们不应该懒惰和不良的生活浪费这些年的时间是很重要的。

这也是我们的记忆最好的时候。这一时间我们能比我们变老以后学习到更多。

在我们年轻时，我们热衷于为自己设定高目标。我们也试着克服摆在我们面前障碍。

如果我们意识到青春的珍贵，我们年轻时以及当我们老了的时候都会感到满足。

如果我们浪费我们的青春，我们将用余生希望我们能再次年轻。
